On our website

When you create an account on our website, we collect the following personal data:

In our games (gameplay telemetry)

Gameplay telemetry and online-feature data are collected and processed by Epic Games via Epic Online Services when you are logged into our games. We do not itself store or control Epic’s telemetry storage — Epic operates and stores that data according to its own policies. Examples of telemetry that Epic may collect (depending on game settings and Epic’s configuration) include:

• Country (geolocation at a coarse level).
• Player statistics and retention metrics.
• Session / lobby status.
• In-game stats, achievements, and voice channel statistics.

Purpose: Epic collects these metrics to provide online services, match-making, voice chat and to improve service quality and game stability.
Who controls this data: Epic Games is the controller/processor for in-game telemetry and you should review Epic’s privacy policy for details on how they use and retain that data: Epic Privacy Policy.
What you can do: if you prefer not to share telemetry tied to an Epic account, do not log in to the online features of the game. You can still play single-player modes and join servers via IP without logging in, but online features (friends list, voice chat, matchmaking) will be unavailable.

3. DO WE USE COOKIES?

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only use strictly necessary functional cookies required to operate user accounts.

If we introduce any non-essential cookies (for analytics or marketing) we will provide a clear consent mechanism before they are set.

4. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

Website account data:We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes. Your account data is processed on our own infrastructure.

We may use an email delivery service solely to send transactional or account-related emails (such as verification or service messages). This service acts only as a processor on our behalf, processes data strictly according to our instructions, and does not use your data for its own purposes.

In-game data:If you log in to our games, gameplay telemetry and online features are provided by Epic Games through Epic Online Services. Epic Games processes and stores this data independently in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not directly store or control Epic’s telemetry data. 5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Website account data: retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion or a verified deletion request, your account data is deleted immediately, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons. All website data is stored in France (EU).
Backups and logs: backup copies and server logs may be retained for a limited additional period (90 days) for operational and security reasons. Replace these durations with your actual retention times if you have a different policy.
Game telemetry: retention is managed by Epic Games — see Epic’s privacy policy for their retention periods.
